Dr. Ronald J. Topal;
Topal/Orthodontics was founded on its commitment to
patients care. Orthodontics is and has been our only dental
specialty for over 50 years of continued practice. We intend
to stay on the cutting edge of Orthodontic technology to
provide our patients with the highest quality and best possible
results that our reputation demands.
Dr. Ronald J. Topal, joined the practice after graduating
from New York University in 1963. Dr. Topal, a Board
Certified Orthodontist, received his credentials and
certificate from the American Association of
Orthodontists in 1967. Dr. Topal first associated with
the practice in 1961 by working in the
office laboratory nights while attending Dental school.

Dr. Barbara Cherches;
A Board Certified Orthodontist,
graduated from Columbia University Dental School in 1990
and received her credentials and certificate in
Orthodontics in 1994.She joined the practice in 1995
while she remained an Associate Clinical Professor of
Orthodontics at Columbia University. Dr. Cherches's
history with the practice dates back to her years as
a patient while she was still attending high school.
